From its inception in 2000, McElroy & Associates has been successful at identifying high profile individuals for commercial, industrial, governmental and international organizations.  The collaboration effort on my behalf resulted in the design and development of an on-line portfolio technology enabling both candidates and business to create work profiles that rapidly matched job requirements with the best possible resources.  In addition, the custom project requirements definition engine enabled managers to generate specific needs and provide them with the direct ability to select the exact candidates they desire for immediate profiling.  This methodology helped narrow down candidates and resources quickly without the need for lengthy and time-consuming selection process.  The business process engineering exercise in the early 2000 resulted in the development of two principal service suites that is currently in use till this very day.

Staff recruitment is similar to finger print identification. The minimum accepted forensic standard for determining a fingerprint match is the identification of six points of match, but to insure a positive identification the universally accepted number of matching points is eight to ten or more.
