Program Management is not a new profession, but the impending need for experienced and equally diverse project managers who can manage a large portfolio of programs is indeed a rarity. This is due to the fact that many of them lack patience, understanding and experience to navigate a vast technical, political and financial landscape without risking credibility to themselves or to the projects in their portfolio. While most managers with great people skills may find themselves adept at program management, this job essentially requires a great measure of technical skill so that a suitable qualified response may accompany any assessment provided upon all project situations.

Upon completing of the Kronos 6.3 upgrade, a new solution to support Operational Work Standards is being developed to enable Ergon engineers to track and manage workplace operations that will be used to generate performance that will calculate the earned hours used for payroll.
