Solution Model

The tenure at Managed Dynamics has drawn strong interests towards Enterprise Project Management with an equal amount of time devoted to development to help maintain a technical edge, which creates a striking balance when engaging mission-critical programs or projects where its earned value is not tangibly apparent.  Executives who lack technical training or background often rely on such intelligence to arrive at a consensus that makes sense of their investments.  For this reason, a portfolio or project manager much be adequately equipped with valuable information that helps to discern the decision process, especially when projects are deemed to be in jeopardy.  For any other reason, this knowledge base of portfolio, technology and practices helps to logically analyze ways and means to make key strategic decisions on how the business must react to day-to-day pressures such as technology changes, outages, consumer demand, mergers, resource problems and market forces.  This certainly explains the very reason why portfolio and project management cannot be thoroughly mechanized and that specialization still exists to provide authentic analysis of compiled results, logical explanations of outcomes, rationalization of failures and the proper composition of an action plan that may restore a business undertaking to meet its intended goals.  This valuable service can only be achieved by an individual who has been matured by business forces that cannot be nourished academically.  The following tabs contains the many exciting undertakings which has offered fulfilling insights into an experience that is filled both with success, difficulties and complexities that has culminated in a winning combination.

While maintaining loyalty to the principles set forth by the Project Management Institute, Software Engineering Institute and popular industry leaders such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Sun Microsystems, the various solutions has leaned increasingly towards enterprise models.  To achieve a satisfactory model for executing projects, the proven English PRINCE II method, integrated with either Accelerated, or Agile method offers a flexible set of principles and tools that can accommodate a majority of contemporary projects.

Technology Model

The principal development tools of choice has gravitated toward Microsoft due to popular demand, and because it is the most favored deployment platform sought by many customers.  However, other tools have also been used to support the general Windows desktop and non-Windows based servers which is designed to overcome the limitations or demands in the Windows server platform.  In the past 5 years, Microsoft has been able to meet the growing industry challenges by offering a suite of products that are designed to overcome some of its competitor functions, and by combining many of the enterprise features that other customers have enjoyed with competing products.  However, there are many valuable tools in the market today that is able to interact, join and interface with one another to achieve the desired method of operation to meet the demands of many business models.
