Managed the design & deployment team efforts to address application design, enhancements, deployment of a UNIFACE enterprise solution.  Responsibilities include managing projects, prototyping, planning, requirements, scheduling, system design, implementing development framework, training, testing, marketing and corporate initiatives.  introduced the Software Unification Framework, which is designed to connect sales, operations, development, training and support together.  The lack of a product development schedule hampered productivity and caused subsequent delays.  Implementing MS Project Central Server with a re-organized project management framework regulated work efforts and successfully brought releases to completion.  Pioneered their first VB and VBA application which enabled their GIS, GPS and  scheduling applications - culminating in the fully graphics enabled scheduling system.  Developed PMO and adopted CMM, CMMi programs.
