The Knights of Columbus started in the early US to assist families when their husbands were lost to illness or poor work conditions, pioneered by an Irish priest named Fr. Michael McGivney. Since it's humble birth in Connecticut, the organization has evolved into one of most reliable & reknowned insurance company thoroughout the world. Its success is attributed to fellow knights such as my self & is the principal fund raising arm within any parish.
I became a knight in 2000 and quickly rose to ranks as a 4th Degree Knight so I could form & service multiple committees to benefit various parishes and communities. I employed my corporate & program management skills to implement a Project Central office to help organize council work efforts to establish a collaboration platform while increasing its organizational & project execution effectiveness across parishes.
