GDPR Data Governance |
GDPR was implemented at Wells Fargo Technology throughout the HR portfolio in a an effort to reduce risk, but more importantly, to reduce the data footprint that
has been accumulating over the years. The adoption included data governance & retention policies that will ensure LOBs are protecting private data, and employs
permissble views alongside directory file services to regulate access. Periodic audits and reviews also ensures applications are restricted after policy expires. The
effort also focused on rules, regulation & processes for other jurisdictions such as California. |

HR Digital Transformation |
Implemented digital transformation effort that modernizes the HR landscape in preparation for integration with 3rd-party providers that are continuning to move
towards cloud-based platforms in the benefits, compensation & payroll platforms. This effort required the adoption of data governance, retention, efficient
data collection, data controls, and general provisioning services to ensure protected supply chain. |

The move to a cloud-based System of Record, coupled with an Azure hosted database creates a Hybrid environment that allows a large corporation such as Wells Fargo
to rapidly integrate with a web-based learning system while ensuring all corporate reporting requirements are met, while protecting organization's sensitive information.
An ecosystem with service components ensures all courses are assigned, completed & reported on time, while it reduces the traditional overhead of a hosted platform
that resides & places demands on corporate infrastructures. |

Designed & built an entire governance portal using customized SharePoint platform for the
Enterprise Business Technology Architecture group that features end-to-end architecture processing
with document control, process breakdown, and portfolio management console. Platform includes
account, reporting, architecture reviews, attendance module and review scheduling allowing
Architecture Review Board (ARB) to approve architecture views off-line. |

Intelligent Data Management |
IDM is a transformation strategy that supports regulatory practices that enables data platforms to adopt
governance, lineage, segementation, standards, provisioning, logging, security, persistence while leveraging permissible views,
archiving, metadata repository, dictionaries, aggregations, modeling to reduce the overhead of enterprise data redundancy, replication,
termporal data stores, inconsistencies & quality. The great benefit of a highly organized data platform is the reduced footprint,
standardized data reporting, accurate logging of feeds & processing, and the ease of integrating new data sources into data lakes. |

Card Technologies Transformation |
Card Technology adoption of the Intelligent Data Management effort required the extensive
dispositioning of the existing platform to re-design the target state to transform data to reside onto a
DB/2 (operational), Teradata (analytical) & Hadoop/Big Data (warehouse analytics) that resulted in an
overall reduction of redundant data, while improving performance and retention that supports a vastly smaller footprint. |

Provided aid during the European Divestiture by conducting a deep dive into the Card Technologies platform by identifying
data utilization, query patterns, historical analysis accomplished via a thorough data dispositioning exercise as part of the EU effort.
Held daily calls & coordinated issues, problems, connectivity/configuration & data transformation sessions with European partners
to ensure successful access, provisioning & design of access policies, proper storage, cross border data movement, data controls, permissible views,

BTO & Portfolio Management |
The Build-to-Operate program was made successful by implementing a highly intuitive governance portal that allowed
portfolio & information architects to navigate the entire LCRRT landscape, while allowing the weekly governance to support
compliance/regulated architecture reviews for approval. The program featured detailed dashboards, scheduling, reporting, coordinated lists,
inventory of applications, portfolio of resources, list of assets that allows assigned architects to service accounts and prepare compliance
reports for every executive. |

An effort to reduce the overall footprint of declining technologies, upgrading platforms to meet compliance, while modernizing solutions to ensure
continued operations, the strategy adopted to Greenfield solutions ensures existing & new services are optimized for excellence.
The entire program required a deep-dive study, documentation & analysis of assets, platforms & resources to ensure compatibility while the target
state continues to meet demands, in all configurations from production into LLE environments. It successfully met the goal of dynamic processing demands, while
reducing the overall cost and footprint of the componentized application. |

Consolidation HR Services |
The CONA program enabled Coca-Cola to acquire bottlers within the southeast region and allow for the seamless integration of critical employee
data into the consolidated bottling company with the added requirement of ensuring HCM services such as benefits, compensation, taxes are poperly handled.
Consequently, data transformation, replication & sychronization had to be supported end-to-end while HR operations continued support for the partnering employees.
The successful integration of SAP instances allowed seamless acquisition and continued provisioning of payroll, compensation & benefits services with little or no interruptions. |

RFAD was revamped to allow governed access by portfolio managers with a dashboard driven, intuitive view of portfolio
funds, with currency based net asset values & performance data, that enables productive support to accounts creatively. The new database is
transformed to respond rapidly, with cached reports to improve overall performance globally. New interfaces to Lexis Nexus, Interbank & credit risk
partners helped the system achieve compliance quickly with prospects to support additional feeds in the future. |

Assisting through the M&T mergers & acquisitions process while helping partners identify risks & issues that effects the business banking.
Part of the effort included developing a risk rating service that assesses & prioritizes commercial accounts upon the integration of M&A records,
that allows debt counselors to address & manage accounts to see to its resolution delicately while maintaining the integrity of the bank. New interfaces
were built to help streamline the way accounts are reviewed and services to improve how M&T proves itself while earning the trust of acquired businesses. |

BMW's operations worldwide. Strategy includes governance, retention, dispositioning, archiving & AD based access to govern protected data, and ensure privacy. Hub
service enables use of SSIS, SSRS, replication, MDM, primitive automation to include MicroStrategy & Tableau to provide cutting edge reporting functions. The established
framework for on-boarding applications, reporting agents enabled the accurate distribution of important data while protecting critical information. |

Loop Maintenance System replatform effort (LMOS) was multi-phased program enabling the roll-out of a replacement solution into the Oracle Java enabled platform
that is more efficient, and has the ability to interface with a suite of existing OSS components. LMOS enables customer phone services, coupled with a CRM to
ensure wires, lines, switch centers & dial-up services are all working while allowing scheduled repairs, restoration, notification leveraging master data bus
technology to ensure accuracy of customer data. |

in anticipation of Y2K programs. The principal goal was achieved in supporting the Y2K effort, but it laid the necessary groundwork for automated, load and inter-operability testing
while ensuring a standard set of tests, data, end-points, metrics & patterns are met, allowing many projects & systems to achive its corresponding CMM/CMMi certifications. The

that supports billing consoles with centralized printing services, and rapid system deployment, backoffice functions, relying on standardized on-boarding to
ensure seamless integration of facilities & practices in the region. |
