JEATZ.NET was created by a few executives with extensive product development & marketing backgrounds initiated from an idea to serve the soccer-moms who are seeking great deals to feed their kids while travelling to compete in tournaments. Incidentally, this exciting business model helps revive the struggling restaurant industry by driving families subscribing to targeted deals, augmenting web based marketing services & helping restaurants to make a valuable presence in the marketplace to increase revenue. Joining the team designated as one of the 'Founding Fathers', afforded me the ability to build the business & define the technology landscape that eventually led to a regional provider that helped consumers un-restricted access to valuable deals, gifts, events & information about our partners that changed the digital landscape for the industry.
As CIO, I managed a privately owned internet marketing firm providing restaurant savings & consumer services online. I was able to develop ASP/VB.NET/BI/SOA/Java enterprise solutions, with a SQL stacked analytics back-bone, integrating SEO, social media, & managed services to deliver a distributed ecosystem servicing cities & regions with a resilient infrastructure extended to host both internal & customer solutions. I also created a corporate PMO, integration offices, leveraging MOSS for artifact management, adopted contemporary methods (CMMi/Agile, BPM, TFS, SCM, Continuum), processes & practices, implementing contracts (SOW) for additional business. To complete the firm, I built development teams, performed discovery, analysis, designed enterprise solutions, created use cases, exacted architectures, methods of operations (CMO/DMO), for both local & support off-shore integrations.
Building the technology assets crucial to our business included setting up data centers, developing responsive web applications, constructing a dynamic analytical platform to support real-time transactional processing demands, coupled with an end-to-end CRM backbone to service consumers was also founded on a high performance communications back-done laid upon a hybrid computing network designed to ensure the various services are properly managed which was eventually adopted for use by competitors.

This unique model allows focused delivery to support complex billing structures such as master & franchisee charge-backs which was not previously available in many incentive management systems due to the lack of nested business rules.
