Based out of Dallas, this professional recruiting organization places highly qualified professionals throughout the nation into high profile projects and businesses. An organization co-founded with much of the technical assistance from myself, this organization features a unique recruiting process whereby offering companies the ability to make candidate selection from a pool of well defined engineers, architects, scientists, and researches who have nothing less of a graduate degree and vast experiences gathered from a minimum of 8 years of professional work. A majority of the candidates are doctorate degree holders, and have worked for many of the top-ten industrialists, architects, designers, engineers and various government agencies.

From its inception in 2000, McElroy & Associates has been successful at identifying high profile individuals for commercial, industrial, governmental and international organizations. The collaboration effort on my behalf resulted in the design and development of an on-line portfolio technology enabling both candidates and business to create work profiles that rapidly matched job requirements with the best possible resources. In addition, the custom project requirements definition engine enabled managers to generate specific needs and provide them with the direct ability to select the exact candidates they desire for immediate profiling. This methodology helped narrow down candidates and resources quickly without the need for lengthy and time-consuming selection process. The business process engineering exercise in the early 2000 resulted in the development of two principal service suites that is currently in use till this very day.
