Integrated directly with warehouse management (WMS) at Hanes, this revolutionary tool provides an analysis of gaps in activities of the skilled worker
so that a proper pay-for-performance calculation can be completed. The same analysis is used to identify worker performance losses in an effort to improve
production performance that increases yields, when applied against incentivized payment calculation. The cognitive algorithm developed also takes into account
team or collaborative work scenarios to ensure gaps are excluded in such cases while measures are only applied to valid activities. The learning feature of the
application allows the Ergon team to develop proper efficiency models that improves skill based performance. |

All large organizations are impacted by travel which requires workers to traverse the globe to incur taxes. The necessary advice that drives employee taxes
can make a difference at the end of the tax cycle & impose upon individual payroll. The traditional model for T&E has been re-designed to alleviate
individual taxes, wage withholdings while improving the way taxes are managed that reduces employer resources so that the overall tax compliance issues are
equally met. The employee is also presented with better tax, immigration, policy when assignments are properly mananged by an integrated solution, that factors
schedules, length of stay, assignment & visa conditions. Employees can plan, appropriate length of stay, fulfiil any compliance documentation, handle exceptions

Designed & built an entire governance portal using customized SharePoint platform for the
Enterprise Business Technology Architecture group that features end-to-end architecture processing
with document management/control function, process breakdown, & an intuitive portfolio management console.
The integrated platform includes account/portfolio management, project office reporting, architecture reviews consoles,
attendance module & scheduled reviewing panels allowing the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to approve artifacts
while off-line. Organized tables, dynamic views, visualization charts & search tools allows servicing architects to
navigate the entire system easily, while it guides new members on how to engage assignments without training because
configurable consoles are so intuitive. |

Data Disposition Tool |
A dispositioning tool that consumes logs from monitored event hubs & channel services as part of an Intelligent Data Management platform was developed
to discern data usage profiles, to determine which database objects, its consumption metrics & data lineage that supports standard provisioning standards.
Its principal objective was to determine how much data & which consumers used it frequently so that data can be assigned to its respective foundations,
and whether it should persist in the operational, analytical or big data archive platforms/repositories. The analysis, measures & profiles also helped
drive the transformation effort to design, scales, mechanization of views, retention logic/policies to improve the overall service performance, while
defining the proper data regions that optimizes how it provisions consumers. The valuable logs, patterns & models documented allowed DBAs to conduct tests
during the target state transformation efficiently while ensuring data views performed less its inherited skews. |

build engines, the tool revolutionized DevOps functions by offering an approval platform for achitectural & risk acceptance that could be

The entire program required a deep-dive study, documentation & analysis of assets, platforms & resources to ensure compatibility while the target
state continues to meet demands, in all configurations from production into LLE environments. It successfully met the goal of dynamic processing demands, while
reducing the overall cost and footprint of the componentized application. The tool was integrated directly into the BTO Portal to allows architects &
technology executives to view the analysis, asset transformations, infrastructure landscape, platforms metrics, effort, & cost savings benefited over time,
which was also used to facilitate studies, & provide real-time updates to Health of Plant dashboards. |

RFAD was revamped to allow governed access by portfolio managers with a dashboard driven, intuitive view of portfolio
funds, with currency based net asset values & performance data, that enables productive support to accounts creatively. The new database is
transformed to respond rapidly, with cached reports to improve overall performance globally. New interfaces to Lexis Nexus, Interbank & credit risk
partners helped the system achieve compliance quickly with prospects to support additional feeds in the future. The application which began as a simple
application took long cycles against the datasource improved dramatically to reduce data & processing overhead which would later evolve to include
a data governance feature, complex charts, account security, extensive journal, data audits, portfolio centric dashboards & managed workflows to
increase the quality of accounts, & achieve the quality of service that Bankf of America is well known to provide. |

Assisting through the M&T mergers & acquisitions process while helping partners identify risks & issues that effects the business banking.
Part of the effort included developing a risk rating service that assesses & prioritizes commercial accounts upon the integration of M&A records,
that allows debt counselors to address & manage accounts to see to its resolution delicately while maintaining the integrity of the bank. New interfaces
were built to help streamline the way accounts are reviewed and services to improve how M&T proves itself while earning the trust of acquired businesses.
It also reduced the time required by new counselor training by assigning & grading cases progressively to the quality of service is not compromised. The
wizards built to structure the way cases are handled also measured time, activities while capturing problems offered performance analytics that was factored
against underlying data to validate the quality of loan data received from the supply chain with great prospects of improving the overall process. |

Developed a consolidated data analytics & management framework featuring replicated Manhattan Associates WM

by reducing query processing overhead, eliminating redudant reporting and improving overall end-to-end performance.
This significally improved analytical processing while customer private data, and ensuring data sharing arrangements were

The existing warehouse management system along with it's legacy systems where incapable of calculting pay data which must take into account, peformance,
quality, standard labor activities, coupled with special conditions such as borrowed labor & incentives. The solution developed would provide a foundation
for a series of connected applications that would help drive the pay output, such as Operational Work Standard (OWS) and GAP Analysis. The integrated database
application interfaces with various WM implementations for acquired distribution centers & timekeeping plaforms with configurable rules utiliizing a base
data model that can calculate pay across the region. An automated job engine performs imports, ETL operations and generates reports daily allowing production
clerks to make adjustment necessary, which reduced the overall administrative staff from 3 to 1 per distribution center. |

Portfolio Central |
As Managed Dynamics built project & integration offices, a portfolio management tool was developed that leveraged Microsoft's EPM system called Portfolio Central.
The resulting ecosystem combined governance, project & portfolio management, document management, issue management & reporting services into a comprehensive
system that took advantage of SSRS, Exchange, SharePoint, BackOffice, Project Central & Microsoft Project to empower project members. The tool featured extenstive automation
functions that produced pitchbooks, drill-down reports, generated invoicing, and trading partner billing documents. The document management feature also enabled
project teams to engage controls with audit capabilities to impose versions with detailed journals of changes. The best feature is the traceability matrix that provides a
clear lineage between requirements, issues, risks, meeting action items all the way into executable tasks that points to generated code sections. This key audit function
was crucial to the process of identifying changes, helping forecast new requirements & issues. |

Part of the re-platforming effort to migrate the popular TrialWorks case management system to the web involved the development for the BlackBerry platform.
The first generation webapp featured a comprehensive tool allowing case workers & attorneys to travel with cases into courts to alleviate bulky prints &
artifacts, while enabling them to conduct productivity tasks such as entering notes, updating case status, attaching evidence, scheduling appointments,
assigning tasks to paralegal staff & searching content with relative ease. The underlying code is optimized to limit redundant data from traversing the
mobile network making it a lightweight design at a time when data costs were still expensive, leading to enhanced case portability economical & most sensible. |

DOT.NET Case Management System |
A popular matter management application called TrialWorks needed to migrate to the DOT.NET platform in an effort to compete with the market. An ASP.NET platform along
with an entire SQL ecosystem featuring BackOffice automation was developed to offer a wide range of productivity services that also performed extensive document management
functions, that made secured document sharing possible between business parners possible for the first time. A configuration based system allowed for easy customization
while licensing enabled & disabled functions, & activated 3rd party integration to vendors such as LexisNexis, ProLaw, TimeSlips, CaseMap, ACT. A slew of new
functions such as SSRS & Cognos enabled the DOT.NET solution to offer consumers integration capabilities to traverse reporting & data exchange services. The
established standards, patterns & models allowed the target system to interact with emerging technologies such as Blackberry. |

Automated Testing |
An automated testing tool coupled with structured AD repository allows the test team to conduct coordinated testing using canned, and prepared test data
against the WebMethods, GenTran platform. The framework allowed a set of data files to be configured using case & scenario based tables that will be properly
capped, cataloged & processed to provide accurate evidence of completion. Entire set of cases can be packaged into a executable test bound to schedule for
testing whenever a new release is deployed into various environments. This allows for the un-attended testing efforts to be completed so that engineers could devote
their valuable talents developing cases, while saving so much time averting repeatable work mechanized through an highly configurable tool. The time to market was
radically increased while new test cases could be delivered and executed during off-peak or non-production hours late into the night so engineers can afforaded rest to
allow them to inspect results in a for more productive manner. |

Build a sales tracking & automation tool that allows the CXT Concrete team to schedule, plan, review, approve & deliver concrete building to customers throughout
the country with integrated CRM features designed to meet delivery goals, while ensuring orders are properly reviewed by regional architects for approval, inspect for quality,
planned to traverse parks or adhere to state/park compliance requirements and meets all necessary artifacts for transportation accross boundaries. The application reduced the
tedious weekly problem of gathering statuses, event/schedule conflicts, delays at state engineering offices, and permit problems while providing a color coded dashboard for
planners to review orders quickly which was done previously with poorly sychronized spreadsheets. The weekly productivity increased and orders were processed in a timely manner,
while backlogs could now be forecasted with a better understanding of yard availability, supplies & work resources. |

Y2K & Automated Testing |
An automated testing tool employing Mercury Interactive was implemented at U.S.Steel to enable the corporation to complete their Y2K certification to support their
WebMethods, and other web based applications. The effort enabled for continous integration which did not exist previously, and lead to the adoption of Load Testing to
qualify the product beyond Y2K requirements. Testing was applied to web application, data extraction layers (DAL), database objects to ensure date calculations &
constraints were functioning correctly, and reporting data was working as expected. Alarms, notification, alert data was also monitored, while load tests ensured that
data integration operations continues consume inbound sources with no failures. A detailed test framework was designed with specific test patterns, models, cases &
scenarios to ensure all types including forced negatives were applied. |

tracking, updates & supply chain management. Offering intuitive dashboards & work view panels allowed department heads & skilled workers direct access to most
current activities which regulated their otherwise dis-organized workflows on daily basis because the system featured a hybrid event-driven & scheduled based model,
allowing real-time activities to drive deliverables. This synchronized model also allowed the sales team to make field calls & replicate status with a distributed database
to supply critical information between remote centers & their respective agents. Intuitive work panels & automated tasks improved the quality of work, while ensuring
compliance so all engineering artifacts are completed in accordance with quality control operations. |

Accounts Receivable Integration |
Built an integration portal to support data integration between 3rd party & trading partners to provision, consume & feed billing data onto the
Great Plains platform which radically improved the billing & invoicing process. Invoices were published online for ease of distribution, while partners
were able to transmit receivables into CommandAlkon for bills could be resolved electronically. The model was also extended under consulting arrangements to
business customers so they may repeat the same process for their use efficiently. The solution developed provided standards for deploying Great Plains to
the CommandAlkon enterprise and it's customer base allowing for standardized support, updates & backup which was also offered by CommandAlkon collectively.
The future prospect for centralized billing was the impetus of this effort which allowed CommandAlkon to publish, print & distribute billing to supplement
the business partner operations where infrastructure & resources were lacking. |

a manageable platform for supporting future generation of coders. Leveraging the Software Unification Framework that I developed unique to this
organization offered a seamless method/flow of requirement, functional designs, test cases, acceptance & documentation ready for use by support personnel which
required minimal inputs because change controls were put into place to ensure consistency. This significantly improved speed-to-market capabilities in an already
demanding industry seeking solutions that embraced emerging technologies integrating with on-board computer/devices, radio phones & 3rd party appliances. |
